Return & Refund Policy

The Phoenix Card available for purchase through the Phoenix Cup website grants the holder the right to participate in the selected competition category of the Phoenix Cup.

A registration becomes final only after the successful payment of the registration fee.

As the number of participants in each competition category is limited, registration fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the registered competitor ultimately participates in the event.

Registrations are personal and cannot be transferred to another participant.

Should the event be cancelled by decision of the organizers, the organizers reserve the right to provide a full or partial refund of the registration fee or to transfer the registration to a future Phoenix Cup event.

By submitting a registration, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
