Shipping Policy

The Phoenix Cup website offers competition registration services only.

No physical products are shipped in connection with the purchase of a Phoenix Card or any competition registration.

Once the registration has been successfully completed and the registration fee has been paid, the participant will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided during registration.

If you do not receive your confirmation email within a reasonable time after completing your registration, please contact the organizers at info.fonixkupa@gmail.com.
