Terms of Service

Participants may register for Phoenix Cup competition events by purchasing a Phoenix Card through the official Phoenix Cup website.

Scope of the Service

The purchase of a Phoenix Card grants the participant the right to compete in the selected Phoenix Cup competition category.

A registration becomes final only after the successful payment of the registration fee.

Registration

The participant is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

The organizers reserve the right to reject incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid registrations.

Registration Fee

The registration fee is EUR 100 per competitor.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available on the official Phoenix Cup website.

Participant Limit

Each competition category is limited to a maximum of 128 competitors.

Registrations are processed in the order in which they are received.

In the event of oversubscription, the organizers reserve the right to increase the participant limit or close registrations at their sole discretion.

Eligibility

The competition is organized as an Open international event.

Both Hungarian and international competitors are welcome to participate.

No national or international competition license is required to enter.

Liability

All competitors participate in the event at their own risk.

For competitors under the age of 18, the submission of a registration constitutes confirmation by the legal guardian that they consent to the participant's involvement in the event.

Amendments

The organizers reserve the right to amend the Competition Regulations, event schedule, and these Terms of Service whenever necessary.

Acceptance

By submitting a registration, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.
